Boyi’s High Precision Machining Capabilites
Our high precision machining machines from Taiwan, Switzerland, Japan, total 20 machines. Surface grinders which can be used for grinding of complex square and round workpieces. The grinding parts precision can be up to 0.002mm. Besides, we are equipped with single side grinder, calender which can be used for improving flatness, and reducing roughness of the surface of the workpiece. The roughness of both flat and round workpiece can be up to Ra0.02um, Rz0.1um, the flatness can be up to 0.001um.
CNC Turning
CNC turning can be used as the first step in precision machining of circular parts – roughing – heat treatment – precision secondary machining – surface treatment.
3-, 4- axis CNC Milling
3-axis and 4-axis milling are suitable for high-precision square parts. First, the part shape is roughly milled and the tolerance is reserved for secondary processing.
5- axis CNC Milling
Five-axis CNC milling can perform rough machining on complex high-precision parts to pave the way for secondary precision machining.
