Quality Assurance System

Quality inspection in machining applications represent a critical phase, ensuring every finished component meets the high standards of precision and excellence. Quality assurance hold the key to maintaining high standards in Boyi custom machining parts. They prevent defects, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the reliability of the manufacturing process. Boyi quality inspection team will be checking each finished parts ensure each parts deliveried cusotmers hand is perfect.

Our Quality Inspection Equipment

Function: It is especially suitable for parts with complex geometries.
Precision: +/-0.001mm

CMM Inspection

Function: It is mainly used for measuring of roundness, cylindricity, waviness, coaxiality, concentricity, perpendicularity, parallelism, straightness and some other parameters of circular ring and cylinder.
Precision: +/-0.001mm

Roundness Inspection

Function: The SD 2.5-dimensional measuring instrument not only can accomplish planar product size measurement also measure the level and depth of the products.
Precision: +/-0.001mm

SD2.5 Dimensional Inspection

Function: It can magnify a certain part of the part hundreds of times, and clearly see the subtle details of any place, such as burrs, chamfers, etc.

Microscope Detection

Function: Measure the shape and position tolerance dimensions, such as perpendicularity and straightness, and can also be used to measure depth, groove width, internal and external aperture, and highest point , Lowest point, flatness, angle, etc.
Precision: +/-0.0001mm

Height and Depth Inspection

Function: It is used to detect the surface roughness（Ra） of the products.

QC System

We will carry out full dimensions inspection of each customer’s parts before shipment and the inspection data will be recorded in the system.

Quality Reports and Certifications

Our professional quality inspection personnel can correctly select the appropriate inspection equipment to inspect parts. Boyi can provide customers with full-size inspection reports and corresponding material certifications and surface treatment reports.

Full Dimensions Check Report

Dimensions are verified using a
precision measuring instrument
(caliper or gauge) and with a CMM
when required. The report includes:

Quantity of parts
Critical dimensions
Threads and tolerances
Thicknesses and depths
Part appearance

Material Certification

we can provide the certification of
the material used in the manufacturing
process.The report comes from the
raw material manufacturer and usually includes:

Material heat number
Material grade
Mechanical properties
Chemical analysis
Heat treatment (if applicable)
